My name is Courtney, I'm 34, I’m a qualified and insured massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, offering treatment with intuitive and flowing presence.
Having done many sports throughout my life — from being a national Judo champion when I was younger, dislocating my shoulders, breaking toes and fingers, popping all sorts of bits that aren’t meant to out of their sockets, to tearing the tendons in my knees snowboarding or snapping my collar bone downhill mountain biking — I’ve learned so much about the human anatomy, its resilience, and how incredible the body is at moving, adapting, and recovering; it’s this fascination that has led massage to become my passion.
Reiki has always been a part of me, too. I’ve been sensitive to energy from a young age and only realised over time that I was naturally attuned to it. Completing my Level One and Two Reiki this year gave me the foundation I needed to share the benefits of this practice with others, something that has transformed my life completely.
Following this path, I left my day job, stepped fully into my passion, and aligned my life with what my body and spirit crave — moving with the energy of the earth, spending time outdoors, and learning about nature and the benefits the earth has to offer us, its natural medicine for our mind, body, and soul. It’s this alignment and sense of balance that I want to bring into every session at Bodhi Flow.
My approach is rooted in presence, trust, and respect. I love guiding others to slow down, reconnect, and invite more ease, flow, and clarity into their lives — in a way that feels natural and supportive.
Outside of work, I’m an earth child at heart — you’ll find me sitting with trees, collecting rocks, feathers and leaves, tending my garden, or learning about plant medicine. I believe in appreciating the simple things and honouring the energy of the world around us, and that perspective is woven into everything I do at Bodhi Flow.
