Services

Relaxation massage and Reiki sessions are offered for wellbeing, stress relief, and relaxation purposes only.
These services are not medical treatments and do not replace advice or care from registered health professionals.

The practitioner complies with the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers (Victoria).
Services are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that services are delivered with due care and skill.
The practitioner holds a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) to provide services to minors.

Services are available to clients of all ages.
Clients under 18 years may only receive services if:
- A parent or legal guardian provides written consent prior to the session.
- A parent or legal guardian is present during the session.
The practitioner reserves the right to decline service if treatment is unsuitable or unsafe.

Online bookings through our website require a $10 deposit per service to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of practitioner cancellation. The remaining balance is payable at the time of your session.
Bookings made via phone or email may be secured without a deposit, with full payment due at the time of the appointment. Have in mind booking online allows you to prefill the intake form and save valuable treatment time instead of filling out the paperwork upon arrival. It also allows me extra time to tailor the session specifically to your needs.
On site we accept Cash, Tap to Pay, Pay ID & bank transfer.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Changes or Cancellations made with-in 24-48 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not attend your session, the full-service fee will be charged to the card on file. This is dependant on the payment method.
The practitioner may reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. If you're experiencing illness, an emergency or genuine unforeseen circumstances, please reach out. Compassionate consideration will always be given on a case-by-case basis.

Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per booking.
Gift Cards may be used as a form of payment and can be used in conjunction with a promotional voucher unless otherwise stated.
Promotional vouchers cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any remaining Gift Card balance may be used toward future treatments.

All bookings are confirmed with an email.
By booking you agree to these terms and conditions, authorising Bodhi Flow to charge your saved card for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. These terms and conditions support the energetic balance between your time and mine, and allows me to continue offering a grounded, heart centred space for all clients.

Sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment required.
Clients must arrive clean, sober, and respectful.

Personal information is collected only for service provision and stored securely in compliance with Victorian privacy laws.
Records are confidential and not shared without client consent, except where legally required.

Clients acknowledge that massage and Reiki are complementary therapies.
The practitioner is not liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow advice.
Services are provided with due care and skill, as required under the ACL.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, clients are entitled to guarantees that services will be:
- Provided with due care and skill.
- Fit for the purpose discussed.
- Delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
These guarantees cannot be excluded.

By booking a session, clients consent to treatment and confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
