Service Description

A deep, full body reset that blends Relaxation Massage, Reiki, and traditional Fire Cupping to unwind tension held in the muscles and fascia, clear stagnation, and restore your natural flow. We begin with a grounded moment to set intention, soften the body with breath, and gently come into awareness. From here, the session moves into slow, intuitive relaxation massage—long strokes and sustained pressure designed to melt tension, ease fascial adhesions, and help the nervous system shift out of “survival mode” and into safety, surrender, and presence. Next, Fire Cupping brings warmth and a gentle, drawing suction to lift the fascia and encourage circulation and lymphatic movement. Where massage presses down, cupping lifts—creating space through the tissues, helping to clear congestion, reduce inflammation, and support mobility. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, pain is often seen as stagnation; cupping helps bring that stuck energy to the surface so it can move and clear. We then integrate everything with Reiki, allowing the physical release to settle into energetic realignment. Reiki supports chakra balance, clears stagnant energy, and grounds you after deep somatic unwinding. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional waves, or subtle energetic shifts—simply allow whatever arises to move through. We close by gently re-entering with breath, giving your body time to integrate—leaving you lighter, clearer, and deeply restored. Important notes (Fire Cupping) Cupping can leave temporary circular marks (Sha) that typically fade within 3–14 days. Keep the area warm, stay well hydrated, and support your body’s clearing process. Please don’t book if you are: pregnant, taking blood thinners, have a history of blood clots/DVT, undergoing active cancer treatment, have fever/infection, or have skin issues in the target area (e.g., severe sunburn, open wounds, eczema/psoriasis).
