Relax your mind, restore energetic flow & reconnect with your soul. At Bodhi Flow my goal is to help align you with your true essence and reconnect you with your highest divine self. Guided by intuition & our spirit guides, I work with your energetic field to identify imbalances, clear blockages & realign the chakras. You may feel warmth, tingling, or subtle emotional shifts as the energy begins to move. These sensations are simply your body responding, softening, and opening to deeper alignment. Crystal energy & sacred botanicals are woven into the session to support the alignment of your chakras, helping release stagnant energy and restore a harmonious flow. Throughout our lives we experience many feelings and emotions. Sometimes we hold onto the heavier ones, and over time they can settle in the body as stagnant energy, creating blockages & disrupting our natural flow. Reiki gently brings this energy to the surface so it can be acknowledged, processed, and released. Once you are in alignment with your true self, you are able to create flow in your life again. You may notice emotions or patterns resurfacing with greater clarity, - these are surfacing for you to process and heal from within. My sessions are highly intuitive, during the treatment I am sent guidance purely from spirit with messages that are meant just for you, sometimes things we already know that we just need that gentle reminder for, or it could be where you need to work on within yourself, childhood or ancestral trauma, sometimes even a loved one that has passed on may come through for you. Reiki is beautiful, each session is different, I trust in Spirit to give you the answers you seek. Many clients report a deep sense of contentment, relaxation, and inner peace following a session. Decreased feelings of stress, fear, and anxiety are common, as well as a greater sense of emotional balance. Some clients also observe improvements in physical discomfort or persistent conditions, experiencing relief or, in some cases, complete resolution as the body returns to a more harmonious state. Reiki supports both the subtle & the physical, allowing the nervous system to settle and the energetic body to realign. Reiki is universal life‑force energy- the energy that sustains all life, I channel this divine energy through to you. You hold the power. You are the creator. I am simply here to hold space, remind you of your inner wisdom and gently guide you along your path of inner transformation.
