Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel completely supported and comfortable throughout your treatment. Your experience begins with a brief consultation to understand your preferences, pressure level, and any areas of concern. As the session unfolds, slow, gentle, flowing techniques are used to soften tight muscles, release built‑up tension, and encourage the body to unwind. The rhythmic strokes help improve circulation, support lymphatic flow, and promote a deep sense of physical relaxation. This style of massage is ideal for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and easing general muscular discomfort. Many clients notice improved sleep quality, reduced stiffness, and an overall feeling of lightness and wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
At Bodhi Flow each session is prepared with intention, presence and care. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you, and late changes can deeply impact the flow of the day and the wellbeing of the business. Thank you for honouring this exchange. A $10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is paid in person at your session. Changes or Cancellations made with-in 24-48 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. This fee reflects the time reserved especially for you. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not attend your session, the full-service fee will be charged to the card on file. I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. If you're experiencing illness, an emergency or genuine unforeseen circumstances, please reach out. Compassionate consideration will always be given on a case-by-case basis. To reschedule please email align@bodhiflow.com.au This allows the time to be offered to another client in need of care. By booking you agree to these terms and authorise Bodhi Flow to charge your saved card for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. This Policy supports the energetic balance between your time and mine, and allows me to continue offering a grounded, heart centred space for all clients.
